Since this topic has been brought up on the Chrome Horn's front page via Phil Smith's article I figured its a discussion worthy topic. Should Waterford close, it sounds like Seekonk may try and put together a weekly program for the mods. I have no idea how credible the story is but in my mind its a terrific idea on Seekonk's part. Would they be looking at SKs or SK lights? Not sure the National Championship point chasing guys would be interested given the tracks non-nascar status but I think they could put together a solid field week in and week out. Adding the mods to an already solid weekly program would really make Seekonk the place to be on Saturday nights.
