Its a crying shame this event isn't on TV. I hope NBC Sports has the smarts to air this event live again in 2015.

That's like celebrating Christmas on Jan 15th and already knowing what everyone got you. I hope the 500 people in the stands enjoy the race. The rest of the modified fans will have to go without. Why even race there if nobody gets to watch it?? The truck race airs live 90 minutes later. Why not the mods?

I agree, but to answer your question, they have to air what will get ratings, and the mods don't. I talk to people at work, and they have no clue what a modified is, but they know Kyle Busch and Brad K are running a truck race at a "Cup" track, so they will watch that. As TV goes, it is a business. Sucks tho!
