Won fan vote for best vendor in Food Truck Village
Short Track Management (STM) is proud to announce that The Roaming Buffalo has won the "King of the Village" as the best food vendor of the US Open Food Truck Village.
The winner was chosen based on votes cast by the race fans that patronized the food trucks during the 26th annual US Open at Lancaster Speedway. The Roaming Buffalo was the overwhelming selection and they will receive $500 and a trophy to commemorate the honor.
The Roaming Buffalo served up their traditional favorites such as The "Dizzle", The WTF Burger and their delicious fresh-cut french fries. They also helped keep race fans warm with chicken wing soup, chili and hot apple cider.
In addition to their support of the US Open, The Roaming Buffalo is also a proud sponsor of the Thompson Racing team drivers, Mark Pennell and Jayme Thompson, and Street Stock driver Keith Flanigan.
STM would also like to thank Pizza Amore, Mikey Dee's Catering and The Cheesy Chick food trucks for their support of the inaugural Food Truck Village.
