This past Saturday, Monadnock Speedway cancelled the Saturday race event early due to the forecast of unsettled weather throughout the day and evening. The speedway however was able to host their first MudBog of the season for the Mudslinger Series on Sunday. The winners included Paul Wagner (Opens), Jason Haber (Pros), Leo Barnett (Modifieds), Dean Card (8 Cylinders) and Matt O'Brien (4/6 Cylinders). Monadnock Speedway hosts the MudBog Mudslinger Series once a month with the next one scheduled on June 14th.
The speedway will be back into the action for the Memorial Weekend 100 on Saturday, May 23rd featuring the Granite State Pro Series competing in a 100 lap special event plus Sportsman Modifieds, Super Stocks, Mini Stocks, Thunder Stocks, Lightning Stocks, Young Guns and Vintage Outlaws.
