One of the biggest events of the season at Mahoning Valley Speedway takes place this coming Saturday, June 13 with Baltimore Life Insurance/Gary Lee’s Brown Daub KIA Fan Appreciation Night.

For all of the great support from their fans, Mahoning Valley Speedway is giving back with a special discount grandstand admission of just $8. Patrons will be treated to an evening of great asphalt stock car racing along with a loads of giveaways and special prizes.

Bill Dorshimer of Baltimore Life Insurance will once again have his gang at the track for all types of kid filled activities, promotions and prizes.

And then there is the much awaited intermission that really is the highlight of the evening. Every race car will come out onto the track and drivers will have a meet and greet with fans. Autograph signing, more giveaways and picture taking galore are the order of business. Over 100 race cars where on the track last year for this very special night.

Pocono Raceway’s Pace Car will also be there as well mascot Tricky Fox.

Dirt Modified point leader Ricky Yetter, in collaboration with Gary Lee's Brown Daub KIA dealership in Easton, will be raising funds for Relay For Life.

Yetter is going to chance off his last No. 5 roof. Fans may sign the lid for $1.00. Each paid signature will receive a ticket for the raffle and the winner will be picked at the end of the Dirt Mod feature that same night.

All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Rely For Life which is run in conjunction with Gary Lee's 2nd Annual Cruise-Aide Against Cancer Car Show to be held on July 26 at the dealership.

Yetter is also donating his winnings from the night to the same cause.

Oh ya, there will be racing too! Modifieds, Late Models, Street Stocks, Dirt Mods, Pro 4s and Hobby Stocks plus the Micro Stocks of the Micro Stock Racing League will be in action for a full slate of qualifying heats and features.

Main gates open at 4:00 and racing starts at 6:00. There are no discounts.

Early paid practice will run from 1:00 to 3:30. Regular practice starts at 4:30.
