Summer rain storms moved in and let to the postponement of Saturday’s racing action at Bowman Gray Stadium.
The Stadium will not hold racing next week in honor of the July 4th holiday, but racing will be back with a vengeance one week later on July 11th.
July 11th will be the O’Reilly Auto Parts 100 and Two Dollar Ladies’ Night presented by the Winston-Salem Journal. All female fans are admitted for only two dollars to see the O’Reilly Auto Parts 100 for the Brad’s Golf Cars Modified Series – with a full-field draw for position, the Midway Mobile Storage Double-file restart cone, and the new and exciting Colors Edge Challenge.
Plus there will be racing for the Farm Bureau Insurance Sportsman Series, the Q104.1 New Country Street Stock Series, and the McDowell Heating & Air Stadium Stock Series. And one lucky fan will win $500 in cold, hard cash from the Winston-Salem Journal.
