One of NASCAR’s rising young stars is planning to be part of the Pioneer Pole Buildings Motorsports 2016 Fueled By Sunoco Race Fuels and Distributed by Insinger Performance Race Car and Trade Show. Kyle Larson, who almost earned his first career NASCAR Sprint Cup victory at Homestead, Florida in the final race of the season, will be on hand to meet fans, do an interview session and sign autographs. Fans will also have the opportunity to get an up close look at Larson’s Target Chevrolet NASCAR Sprint Cup car.

The three day show, the 33rd edition, is set for January 22 thru 25th at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. More than 250,000 square feet of show space will be filled with just about everything motorsports.

The rising NASCAR talent, a past Rookie of the Year in both the NASCAR Xfinity and Sprint Cup Series, has been a winner in the Xfinity Series but has not been able to visit victory lane with the Sprint Cup cars though he has come close but he continues to be a fan favorite because of his exciting driving style that often has his car scrapping the retaining wall.

On Saturday, January 23, fans attending the Motorsports 2016 show will have the chance to sit in on an interview with Larson, perhaps ask his thoughts on coming so close to winning his first Cup race during the Chase finale at Homestead, Florida, and then collect an autograph, free of any additional cost, from young talent.

The 22-year-old Japanese American, who drives the Ganassi owned Target sponsored Chevrolet entry, is a graduate of dirt track Sprint and Midget car racing and keeps his fingers in Sprint cars as owner of a World of Outlaws car driven by Shane Stewart. The team finished second in the final point standings this season. Also on Larson’s list of achievements is a win in the prestigious Turkey Night USAC Midget race, the 2011 4-Crown Nationals at Eldora, overall winner of the 24 Hours of Daytona and a win in the final Xfinity race of the 2015 season at Homestead.

Larson will be joining one of the most popular and successful drivers in USAC history, Dave Darland, along with other local, regional and national racing talents in autograph sessions during the three day show.

A highlight of the show will be great memories of the New York State Fairgrounds “Moody Mile” which will feature a display of race cars from past events at the “Moody Mile” along with many drivers who challenged the track over the years.

Always a very popular event is the Ms. Motorsports Pageant on Saturday. Again this year Oliver Construction Enterprises will sponsor the event. Ladies wishing to participate in the Pageant are invited to call the show office at 609.888.3618 for all details.

Included in the show will be more than 600 exhibitor booths offering products and services for the racers along with items of interest for fans including a huge array of collectibles. Many speedways and sanctioning organizations will be offering information on their events planned for the 2016 season with several using the show to release their schedules.

More than 200 motorsports vehicles representing drag racing, NASCAR Sprint Cup and everything in between including dirt track racers, motorcycles and more will be on display throughout the show. Race teams looking to gain great exposure for their team and sponsors are invited to contact Tim Hogue at 609.888.3618 to have their race car included.

Exhibit space, very limited, remains available and information, including a color show brochure, can be had at motorsports@aarn.com or telephone 609.888.3618.

The very classy Crowne Plaza Valley Forge will serve as the host hotel and will again offer a discounted rate. The hotel is located just 7.5 miles from the Expo Center and is within walking distance of the popular King of Prussia Mall, the nation’s second largest retail complex with over 350 stores and close to 100 restaurants.

Again this year the Saturday night post show gathering will continue and will be held in one of the large ballrooms at the hotel with music by DJ Sound and Lighting and bar specials from show sponsor Miller Lite.
