The Late Models have the night off.

Also on track will be the Micro Stock Racing Series.

A Car Cruise will also be held. Anyone with a classic/rod/custom car or truck will be admitted free to the races for the evening and during intermission will around also take a cruise the track. All vehicles affiliated with the Car Cruise will be on display prior to the night’s action getting underway.

There will be no Kids Big Wheel races this week, however, starting the month of August, Karen Bortz, Mahoning Valley Speedway Kids Coordinator, would start the back to School Backpack Giveaways filled with school supplies. She did this giveaway a few years ago and was a big hit. We’re asking all drivers from each division to supply just one backpack filled with school supplies.

Adult general admission is $12. There is a $2 discount for students, seniors 65+ and active Military. Grandstands open at 4:00 pm and racing begins at 6:00. Warm-ups will get underway at 4:00.

For those who wish to partake in early paid practice pits will open at 11:30 am with track time beginning at 12:30.
