The much anticipated 1st annual King of the Green race is rapidly approaching. BRE Racing Tire is highly recommending teams Pre Order any tires they may need along with Pre Registering for the event. A form will be provided via the track website and will also be available at track at various locations for those teams interested in Pre Ordering tires. The form includes all information you will need to Pre Order. On the form you may request hot mark sizes, number of tires needed and any other special request you may have. BRE will make every effort to get you the size you request. All Pre Ordered tires will be pulled from the delivery (anticipated OCT 10th ) and set aside for you to pick up at your convenience. We will pull your tires in the order that we received your pre-order request. We do request all pre- orders in by the 6th of October.
We anticipate having plenty of tires to choose from but highly recommend you avoid the race day rush and help us get you the sizes you desire. Even though this is never an exact science, it will get us both in the ball park with sizing. This is very difficult to predict as we deal with many different requests. BRE will make every effort to get you the desired size, keeping in mind we are still at the mercy of the manufacturer and cannot guarantee all sizes will be available. As a reminder we accept all major credit cards (3% fee applies), check and cash for payment.
We also thank you for your patronage in the 2016 season and look forward to better serving you in 2017. We are planning some upgrades to the “tire shack” as well as few other upgrades to better serve you in the future. We will also be reaching out to the division champions that are running Hoosier tires, once all that is determined, to get sizing and details for the championship jacket we will be providing.
