The top three-way rivalry in New England racing resumes this
Friday night as super-modified stars Dave Helliwell, Tommy Tombarello and
Mike Netishen lead a long list of entries in a 15-race program here at
Lee USA Speedway.

Qualifying heats for all divisions start at 7 p.m. with practice
beginning at 5 p.m.

All eyes will be on the sleek winged super-mods with Helliwell looking
for his second 30-lap feature win worth $1,000. Driving the Bob and Ed Witkum
No.21, Helliwell will be starting in the rear of this week's feature race
taking on the challenges of former track champ Tombarello. It was Tombarello
who, adding spice to the rivalry, was a one-time driver of the No.21 now
driven by Helliwell who won the 2016 track championship.

Netishen, driving the new No.55, is a multi-time Lee winner and promises
to be a hot contender with his new high-powered car.

Leslie Keyser, Moe Lattime, Dave Sanborn, Kyle Sawyer, Mike Spurling
and two brothers from Groveland, Mike and Pat Murphy, also are in the field
along with Jim Barker and John Burke.

Late Model Sportsmen also will be racing along with Hobby Stocks,
Pure Stocks, the Ironman Division, Outlaws and Early Late Models.

Adult tickets are $15 each while Seniors and Juniors are $13. Kids 12
and under are admitted free.
