I wish I could thank each and every one of you personally for coming out to see the race in that ridiculous weather! Talk about hard-core, die-hard fans!
Road Warrior, you deserve some kind of medal for your efforts, and the same for everyone else that faced the floods, crashing trees, a closed PA Turnpike, locust attacks and who knows what else. There was also a driver, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he drove five hours from Connecticut to join in all the wet fun. Hats off to all of you and can't wait to see you all again at the next one! Let's hope that one is a bit more dry.... :D

I was told there were (other than Pa.) license plates in the fan parking lot from Conneticut, NJ, and NY....plus now Vermont.
If it were a nice day (or even just a little rainy), there would've been more states. Let's see what the Memorial day race brings. We should do a license plate lotto, hehe.

I had an aunt come down from the Albany, NY area and an uncle come down from the Rochester, NY area to sit in the rain and watch, and they both had a great time! (Which explains why I'm nuts enough to do this... look at the gene pool I crawled out of... )

Hey, they'll sit out in a boat and fish in weather like that, so sitting in the stands isn't all that different. In fact, if they'd brought their poles, they could have done both at the same time! I'll suggest that next time!

Ah-Ha Road Warrior! No wonder you got back and forth with no troubles, you were Chevy Powered! ;)

There's nothing wrong with your gene pool RCP, we all suffer from the same genetic disorder, Enduro Fever!! :p Your aunt and uncle came all the way from Albany & Rochester?? Holy Macaroni! They too, deserve some kind of an award!

Maybe next time we could have a fishing derby, or maybe play bobbing for tires? :applause:

Geez, I only drove 100 miles to be at the 'submarine' Enduro on Saturday. I must be one of the lucky ones who lives close by. Unfortunately, despite my creative use of a cheap tarp, I was cold, wet and tired before the end of the small car feature. My fingers were cold enough to make it difficult to unlock my truck.

A take-off on a Beatles song comes to my head when thinking about that Saturday's enduro. Something along the lines of

We all drove in a submarine enduro...

Dry regards,
