"Racers Night Out" is a Mountain Speedway deal...not a NEETS deal. I'll be safe to assume it will be somewhere other than the pits.

sure hope it is as fun as I heard the Neets pit party was! LOL They really should have something other then just sitting in a bar all night. Should plan something before hand and do then head to the bar besides why isnt anything ever planned until the last minute..I think the racers night out should be a thought out and WELL planned night...ALL the racers deserve something other then just sitting on a stool all night..

This is just a thought but....why don't we combine the July 30th NEETS pre-race pit party with the Mountain Speedways' Racers Night Out that would have been scheduled for July 22nd?
We could get everyone together and both groups could learn about each others racing and in the meantime....have a great time.

Billy so when you want to get started on the party plans? Food, drinks, eTc, maybe some can bring a few games? Someone said they had a volley ball net, sure we can put that somewhere. I think we should ask the teams if they would like to bring something. So everything isn't left all on 1 person..I am willing to help. Let us know! EverYthing can be set up during the day if time allows and ready to party later..

I like the horse shoe game idea...volleyball may be hindered by darkness. I have some better games to play after the sun goes down, :D
As far as the food goes...it's whatever anybody wants to bring but I think if someone is in charge of it, we won't have 300 bags of chips and 100 lbs of macaroni salad...it will be more diverse.

Camp Out In Pits??
I had spoke to Billy about getting party plans started so here we go.

Condiment's, Covered Dishes, Paper Products,Drinks and Dessert's are needed! Also Grill's if you would like to bring. Some games would be nice! Billy likes horse shoes if anyone has them to bring.
Anyone wishing to bring any of these items that are needed 4 RACER'S NIGHT OUT, PLEASE contact 2fast4u by July 25th.

All fun starts at around 8pm Saturday Night July 30th..

I'll bring the garbage cans full of freezin' cold yellow foamy adult liquid party refreshments. and I think Mama NEETS is makin' some salad thing.

Some portable tables may be a good idea for someone to bring...I think Joe Cutri (the broom pusher) mentioned he had some.
A few of the portable car tents like I had at the last one would also be nice...we could set them up all in a row like a pavilion w/ tables and chairs under them.
Foods I suggest are; Bunz and cold cut platters, macaroni salad, potato salad, veggy tray w/ dip, beans (lol), pretzels, chips.
If there is a grille coming...burgers, hot dogs, sausage.
Other non-food items; plastic eatery, paper plates, napkins.

I am bringing my car port, 20x40 pavillion, its a B* to put up buy it is nice.
I am working on bringing some meat.........go ahead say it!
And finally, I really hate saying this next part, but,
If i get my hands on the meat, i will bring up about 2 or three George F grills, just in case there's no/not enough grills.

AND YES I WILL HAVE MY FLAG POLE FOR ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED...
