Does anyone know if the martinsville race is going to be televised or not?

It will be televised at a later date. Its also possible that the race may be taped delayed this weekend. details will be announced soon. Thats what i heard on racetalklive.com tonight in an interview with the track promotor. He also stated that he expected the track overall speed record of 101mph that is still held by greg sacks to be broken by a few mph. i bet the record stands lol

Just a point of information, the July WMS race at NHIS wasn't televised either, even though it has been in the past. I think most of *******'s TV decisions are revenue based and perhaps no one has "stepped up" yet. Nevermind it's the first race ever under the lights there, and it is a return to a legendary facility for the WMS. I'm looking forward to the race whether they put it on TV or not. Leaving work early Friday, (after my pick five picks are in lol) scooping up my kids, and heading south!

Mod Series Scene does a live race update, with results called in by Walter Newcomb every few minutes so. It is real close to live action and very informative, I know, I checked out the NHIS mod race and they had over 100 people watching the updates.

I got this from MSS. It was announced at the Waterford drivers meeting that the race will be taped by SPEED for later broadcast.

I was told the race will be braodcast on SPEED in December. Hopefully sooner, but as of right now, it is December.
