Although the season is drawing to a close, we are still in need of some positions filled. Although most positions are volunteer, we try to give perks out as much as possible (such as trips to races for our best correspondants).

Reporter (Saturday Night P/T, Enduros F/T and Go-Karts F/T): Responsible for producing a race story by the evening of the next day for the events that had occurred. Responsible for representing the Jam during days of active duty. MUST be in good standing with the entire race community as well as fair and unbiased. MUST possess good spelling and grammar skills AND be reliable. No experience necessary. E-mail JAckley@longislandjam.com for more information.

Photographer (Enduros F/T): Responsible for reporting with photos and sending them in by the evening of the next day for the events that had occurred. Responsible for representing the Jam during days of active duty. MUST be in good standing with the entire race community as well as fair and unbiased. MUST possess quality equipment. Photo Editor (Enduros F/T and Go-Karts F/T): Responsible for editing photos of your section within a timely manner. Responsible for representing the Jam during days of active duty. MUST be in good standing with the entire race community as well as fair and unbiased. MUST possess good Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop like skills. Ad Sales Rep: Responsible for working with current and potential advertisers to meet their promotional needs. This is a PAID position based solely on commission. Must be outgoing and not afraid to talk with that potential advertiser. E-mail JAckley@longislandjam.com for more information.

Photo Editor Work:
All you need is a little Adobe Photoshop skill of basically dropping a photo into a template we provide, size and center it for action, an occasional color or brightness correct and save. No need to pick photos as I will send a folder and just do all pictures provided and send back to me. It would be a great help if you know the class you are doing so you can also name them per division name, but not necessary. All photos would be in numbered order of shooting to get the timeline correct. Any takers, see me in AIM as 'rgeeproductions'. If we can get the help JA is asking for, we can get things up even quicker than now. C'mon, be a part of the JAM !!!!!
