Nice pic's.

But judging by some of your pic's there were more cars than fans.

Looks like it was pretty cold too.

How was the racing???

Thank you. You're right about the fans, it was cold during the day when the sun wasn't out. Plus the rainout on Saturday probably scared a few more people away as well, racers and fans alike. Racing was good as always though, a few more cautions than I like to see in a memorial race...but it's over now and in the past.

On another note, I heard a LOT of good comments about everyone from NY. As far as I can tell, you guys came down to bust up the New Yorker's attitude myth. I've never heard so many people say "I wish these LI guys would come down here more often." Usually with special events, we get a lot of people who are from out of the area and don't quite feel comfortable being around new drivers and on a new track and such. I'm pretty sure all the LIer's felt right at home and hope you all know that you are all more than welcome back.

Looking forward to seeing you guys again!

Remember, the 68 Buzzie won a couple of Pocono Street Stock races in the 80's.

Our guys do like to travel.

Pete Eriksen won the 1985, 1987 and 1988 Pocono Race of Champions Street Stock races.

I do not know how to get the link page that the picture was on . so I put the front page link and forgot to say... go to walt demorris race pics #116. so what do you think? burnt cork on JA's face or is it the real thing? LOL :confused:
