directions needed

Starting today, rt 476 (The Blue Route) in Delaware County is going to be under construction until November. Does anyone think this will affect my drive up from Delaware? If so, what would be a good route to take? I normally take 95 to 476, then to 80 and then to the track. Any ideas?

if you want another way its possible to take 95 up to rt 1 in pa take rt 1 south to 276w (pa turnpike) to 476n northeast extension i dont think that part of 476 is going to be under construction

Thanks. Would that take me longer than a normal run up there? It takes me about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. to get up there, depending on traffic.

Did you consider 202? I live in West Chester and was told that the section of the Blue Rt. in question was south of the PA turnpike. If this is true, then you can run up 202 and catch the turnpike in King of Prussia.

I'm a truck driver by trade and I'm up that way every so often. Went up there this morning around 9am or so and figured enough people would be trying to bypass the blue route that it would make the alternatives a nightmare also. I had maybe a 5 to 10 minute delay, which was better than I anticipated. I would guess that on a weekend it won't be that bad either. Hope this helps and see you up "yonder".
