Since it’s early, here’s a quick explanation on how the hard chargers are established:
The number of cars a driver passes (from their original starting position in the feature) on the track and through tech count. Drivers who are passed & lost positions will actually have a negative score. All the scores (or cars passed) from each of the feature races (points races only) are tabulated and will accumulate over the course of the season.
Hopefully that sort of explains things.
If any business would like to be a hard charger sponsor for all 5 divisions this season, please let me know. The only cost to them is the (your company) Hard Charger plaques (or trophies) for the 2006 banquet.
