Georgie Wagner took a turn with # 11 in the Modifieds. Maurice Viette had it in the Freeport ARDC Midgets, and in the Figure 8s there was Stormin Norman Tyte, Allen Brock and Marty Nix.

I believe that same famous Poet who once graced Riverhead with his presence in the #56 legend also spent some time behind the wheel of a #11 Blunderbust.

Yes, Jones, he did...back in the Bubba Zwickel/Bobby Gardner/Kevin McCourt/Kim Moore/Rich Hubbard/Chris Chirico days (boy, do I feel old). I think the first time I actually met the poet was when Bubba, Chris, Kim and the poet himself all took those big, monster BB cars (I'm pretty sure Chris' car had to weigh 4,200 pounds at the time) up to Flemington after the end of Riverhead's 1993 season to run with the Street Stocks.

If I remember correctly, the poet's BB car was actually kind of special, as it was a project that was taken on by some of the kids in his school. Am I correct, poet?
