Is this Sunday's racing still on considering that the weather channel is saying rain straight through Tuesday?? :help:

Yeah; any news yet? hopefully they will hold out? i hope so; i like seeing the midgets there race at mt !!!!

I hope that they make a decision real early Sunday morning or late Saturday night...I know of a few teams, including my team, that are planning on making the trip...

The local forcast is for only scattered showers on Sun. and a chance of sunshine. Last year we must have been in a dome because when it rained all around the track, it was dry at the speedway. Hopefully the same thing will happen tomorrow. :cool:

Not yet, but i live 5 mins from the track and as of now it aint lookin good.

I spent the night up in scranton, it's not raining here this morning. After looking at the local radar for the Hazleton area, it looks like the bulk of the storm system has moved well out of the area. The forecast is still not leaving out the possibility of an afternoon shower/T-storm. As of right now, 7AM, there is no word of cancellation.

If I receive a phone call to alert me that we are rained out, I will post something on the GENERAL INFO page in its own thread...not here...so keep your eye on that page.

Again, the latest a cancellation will be made is around 10 AM...we understand that some racers are coming from long distances, so we will try to post something as early as possible. In the case that the weather is extremely questionable, we may make a call a little later than 10 AM, but there will be an up-to-the-minute thread to keep everyone posted in that situation.

Its supposed to be sunday sunny all day; high in the mid 60s and also on sat sunny all day; mid 60s with frost tonite after 2am :mad:
