All food and drink donations need to be dealt with accordingly so that we are properly prepared for whatever & however much we receive.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

A few guidelines need to be stated before the party...
1. NO Alcoholic beverages are allowed at the party. If you are caught with an open bottle, you will be asked to leave, end of story. If you are camping at the track, we will help you find a ride to a local hotel.
2. Due to a past incident...the party is over at 2AM...just like a bar closing, the night has to end. This does not mean go back to your camp area and party until 5AM...
3. If you are being disruptive to the party in any way...you will be asked to leave. If you are told to stop doing something and you do not...you will be asked to leave. If you are told to STOP drinking and you do not...you will be asked to leave.
4. There is a NO TOLERANCE POLICY towards fireworks... Don't even bring them...if you set even ONE off, your night is over at the party. As the security checks for bottles and alcoholic beverages at the gate they will be looking for fireworks as well, if they find them they will confiscate them, you will not get them back.
5. (This is the newest bit of info) State Troopers NOW know about the parties we throw and they wait just outside the track property for drunk drivers to leave. If you fall into any category of the 3rd or 4th guideline here, you will be escorted off of track property, not just outside the gates, off the property. You will then have to deal with the police.
6. I have spoke with Billy about this and he agrees with me, we will have one person who will be in charge of the event...ME! This means that I do not need to ask Billy or tell Joe Cal that somebody is causing trouble to have them removed. Track officials along with regular party-goers will be on hand to help neutralize given situations. This is in regards to a past incident, enough said, we will not have to go through channels to get something done now...if a problem arises, it will be dealt with ASAP.
7. A new change to the events...Erin Bartley and April Makarewicz will be running things on the microphone for the evening...Billy B will get a chance to sit back and enjoy the night.
8. We will have a back-to-basics game theme...We will be replaying through the good old classics like the pie eating contest, the plunger and TP, human race, and the baby bottle beer drinking contest...and some others!!! But they will have a cleaner theme this time...
9. This isn't really a guideline, more like an excuse!! The reason we have these rules is to preserve the fun that we have. It only takes one incident to ruin it for everyone and if something bad happens it WILL ruin the fun for everyone. if you have any concerns please email me and we will speak about it in private, saphien@hotmail.com
