Thanks to Kevin Green (freelance photographer for New Jersey Dirt Racing) there will be a plaque for the driver in each NEETS division who has the worst hard luck at this years banquet.
The hard luck award will be presented to the driver who started the most races, yet finished the lowest (with that # of starts) in the final standings.
Anyway, hopefully everyone gets my vague explanation.
