Who is the 16 and who is the 23 in the Riverhead Photos 1972 ?

I had to wrack my brain for two days to remember that John Haas was the driver of the 23. John was/is good friends with Greg Sacks and they were kind of an unofficial team in 1972. Both were pretty tight with Jim Tyler as well. I believe that the 16 fit in that group as well but I just can't remember the name of the guy who raced it. Sorry.
