Stremme's spotter featured in book: Mike Calinoff, who is the spotter for Nextel Cup driver #40-David Stremme, is one of the main characters in the opening chapter of recently released, "Book of Fate", by best-selling author Brad Meltzer. Calinoff, who helped Meltzer research President Bush's 2004 visit to the Daytona 500, is depicted as a retired NASCAR driver who accompanies the President in the motorcade.
