Jersey Legal?

I know this has been brought up before but what specific things fall under "jersey legal".

When I raced in Jersey added items different roll cage padding , 2 years on belts nomex shoes socks, newer helmet then PA Also nomex suit, gloves I believe underwear also. may be more. Since I see v8 cars Metal enclosing fuel cell (plastic) or one with a bladder(rubber). I raced my Pontiac in Jersey last year. phil
