Gonna try to do my first 4cyl demo since Paddy's back yard. What's the hot car these days?
When I inquired last year I was told Chevy Cavalier's seem to work best. I have yet to see if it is true. (maybe this year......)
Where is there going to be a 4 cylinder demo derby at? It seems to me it would be best to try a front wheel drive sedan, such as a caravelle, sundance, or maybe and if theres no max wheel base look for an old cheap 7 series BMW(but have fun tring to find one), a Saab, or even a Pinto:lol: , just kidding please DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, use a Pinto, leave them for dirt trackin'. What ever you use, have fun and good luck
There are going to be 2 4cyl Demo derbys at Riverhead again this season, on May 26th and August 18th. Last season's was pretty good and well attended (competition wise, as well as spectators)
I think I remember there being a maximum 104 inch wheelbase.
