first time pre registation questions

hey i know this sounds stupid but i need to know :
is all i have to do is send a email to pre register ?
just include my name and car and contact info ?
do i have to pre pay at this time or can i just pay at the event ?
anything else needed ?

#2- You need name , Car # , Class - Big or Small -- This will be in your e-mail

You will pay the day of the race at the office.

and how long does it typically take before your name appears on the registered list ?

Just send an e-mail and we;ll take it from there. The names r periodiclly posted once a month. There is no confirmation on e-mail, if it sends from ur computer, I'll have it.
