07/14/17 - Stafford Speedway July 14 Girls Night Out Event Canceled

Tonight’s scheduled Girls Night Out Event, has been canceled due to current and forecasted weather conditions. The Senior Outlaw exhibition race has been rescheduled for August 11th, Girls Night Out and the Intrepid Fallen Hero Fund Track Walk Friday, August 18th, and the Junior Outlaw exhibition race will be held Friday, August 25th. An additional Friday night event will be added to the back-end of the season, Friday September 22nd, in an attempt to make up one of the previously rained out events.

“Rain has got us again this week,” explained Stafford General Manager Mark Arute. “We will be adding a Friday night on the back-end of the season, Friday September 22nd, to make up at least one of these rainouts. We’re back again next Friday with the Lincoln Tech Modified Touring Series 100, hopefully the weather cooperates.”

Racing is back next Friday night when the Lincoln Tech Modified Touring Series returns for 100 laps. Last time at Stafford John McKennedy battled with Ryan Preece to take down the inaugural Stafford MTS event, both are back for the Friday, July 21st 100 lapper. Current entry list for the MTS 100 is now available at StaffordSpeedway.com.
