It started to rain right at halfway and the race was called then. We had battled rain through out the day. It was a good battle up front between Mike, Woot and Me until the rain. It was a lot of fun racing with those guys. They're class acts and really good racers Also nice to see Randy Zuidema back with his #7. It was also the debut of Greg Thomas in the #27 at Mountain. Greg did a great job and the future looks bright for him. Fred Bertrand also ran pretty good until his battery went dead in the feature. John Udes came out with new tin on his #12. All in all, not a bad way to start off. Just too bad about all the rain. I want to Thank Mountain Speedway for hanging in there. They could have called a few times, but they kept trying. See you at Catskill.
