Banquet tickets!

Just a reminder! Banquet tickets are available!

If you paid your membership fees, your first ticket is $25, each additional ticket is $45. We need to know the names of the ticket holders, their meal choice (Chicken, Beef, Pasta) and if you have any seating preferences.

You do not have to purchase them at the track...you can shoot me an email with all the information, I will give you the total and you can mail out a check. I will give you the tickets when I see you next or we can hold them at the door for you.

CUT OFF for purchasing your tickets and giving meal choices is 2 weeks prior to the event! (Last weekend in October)

If you choose not to attend the banquet, you forfeit any monies that should be collected for your efforts...we will have the trophies made up regardless.

The banquet is a great time so I would love to see you all in attendance.

5:00 - 6:00 PM- Social Hour / Cocktails
Assorted Cheese Platter Served at the Bar
Free Soda, Beer and Wine All Night Long
No liquor will be served, bar will close during dinner and awards!
6:00 PM - Invocation & Dinner
Approx. 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM - Awards Presentations
8:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Music / Dancing / Drinking!!!
11:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Clean-up! ...Evening ends and bar closes at 11:00 PM
All are welcome to stay...to help clean up!

DJ Services will be provided by "DJ Rockin' Rick" - Big Car Driver #120, Rick Latza

BEEF Sliced Roasted Choice Round of Beef w/ Natural Brown Gravy
