I'd have to say Fred Harbach and Wayne Anderson. (Honorable mention, the Travelin' Man, Bob Park)

You guys are right on Harbach. He was the winner that day. But we still need the second place finisher for that race.

Not DeAngelo. He did win 6 features at Old Bridge in his career to tie for eighth all time but did not factor in the top two on this day.

Not Jim Hendrickson. The driver in question would often travel off Long Island to compete on both dirt and asphalt.

Not Johnny Coy. Mousey Kempster finished second to Fred Harbach on August 28, 1968 at Old Bridge. It was a bittersweet day for the half mile track. Despite a great field and a decent crowd it was to be the last event ever run there. Al Deangelo, Jim Hendrickson, Johnny Rocco, Johnny Zeke, Johnny Mann (aka George Landers), Glenn Ford, and Harbach were the Long Island drivers who won modified features at Old Bridge.

And from what I read, Fred Harbach was track champ that year.
