    Bill Slater - Good News!

I just talked to Karen Slater. Bill had open heart surgery yesterday at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. One of the things they did was replace a valve. Everything went well and he is doing real good. He has a couple months of recovery time ahead of him, but is handling it well. Cards can be sent to Bill at: 12 B Bluefield Dr., Manchester, CT 06040

Howie, thanks for the update. I wish Bill a speedy recovery. It just won't feel the same at the Sizzler if Mr. Slater isn't there to rip the tickets at the pit gate.
