I didn't see "Bob" last weekend at Thompson greeting everyone as they passed by to enter the pit. Just wondered if he's back in town for this weekend??

Rob, I asked about Bob last week. Apparently after New Smyrna he developed a leaky valve or something. He was to undergo surgery to correct the problem and he'll be back at the track as soon as he has "healed", hopefully this weekend.

I'm fine. Surgery has just been completed. Doctors say I should rest today, but I'll be able to fly to CT tomorrow and be there for the race on Sunday. The injury was located and repaired. Small air leak on my right hand (drinking hand).....fixed, just in time for the opening race at Thompson.
