    Nice WMT Preview on Speed51

Coupla nice articles on the mod tour on Speed51 today. It’s kind of a season preview.

There is also a second page of information on other drivers as well.
Pork Roll is very important to me. Please respect that.

That's a pretty cool article they did. It poses a question for me though.... do you think that the drivers ever get sick of thier photos being taken?

I'd have to guess that probably the answer would be yes. They are generally pretty good about it and we try not to interfere when the are busy. If they see the photos are used for press or publicity reasons, I don't think they mind as much. Most people don't mind seeing good pictures of themselves, if they aren't good then probably not.

That poses another question. Do the photographers get tired of taking the same photos of the same people over and over? (answer: I'd have to guess that probably the answer would be yes - sometimes.)

Haven't heard about any, but I'm fine with a get together, anyone interested? When will the "Big Green Bus" be getting there. If it is at a time/place I can get to, I'll be there.

I am thinking 11ish. Riverhead p/u at 6:45 then 2-3 up the island then drive around. And I know 95 stinks in CT!!!!!
Jitney should keep a few buses on CT side at the ferry terminal. Then at Orient Point we can take the Casino Sea Jet and hop on bus at terminal, LOL. Save 2 hours of ride time....

Nice plan Richie, but it each bus would add about $1200 cost to the trip. I'd just like to fill 1 for now.

We usually get up there around 11:30. I know they added a quick practice session, so hope about 11:45 to noon start time by the Ken Bouchard Car if its there, just to the right of the main gate entrance. We can all get together and chat bout the world of Modifieds and celebrate the shadows on the ground instead of rain and snow!!!!
