Looking For

Ok, Myself and my buddy drove to Thompson from the Flemington New Jersey area three years ago. Been to Thompson least once a year since. On our first trip we left NJ early am for a Sunday show, we stop for breakfast off Rt 395. Do you think we can find this place again? No. Breakfast was great. There were other racers their and they told us ( I think) we were 45 min to the track? We took the exit of Rt. 395 came to a stop and saw a sign for this place by a stone wall, turned right and then it was on the right. Run-down looking maybe gray in color, gravel parking lot with a barn next to the lot. Any ideas??? What exit number??? Thanks

There was no Burger King not much off this exit.

Gotta be something in the Waterford area of 395/95. That's about 45 mins to the track north on 395.

It was further north of Waterford. I belive the person told us we were 45 min. to the track but it may have been less than that.

Not sure of the specific place you're looking for but I know ther are a few good breakfast joints in off 395 at the Preston/Jewett City exits. Casino route from the north :-)

There's "The Shack" off of exit 74 on 95. They're moving sometime soon to a different building about 1/2 mile down the road.

Sounds like the Stott Bros. Restaurant off exit 85. In actuality it's about 25-30 mins from Thompson...

I bet you it was Stotts in Preston also. Used to eat there all the time when lived in Norwich. Once you get off the exit and make a right it it right there on the right. Barn there gravel parking lot.
