Who made this thing? Where can I get one?

Photos #2. and #3. Close up photos shot of this thing I'm looking for.
It was used in NASCAR Winston Cup races in 1975 and 1976.
I'm looking for it's model name and model number?
I'm looking the manufacture?
Know of anyone selling these things now?
Was it sold as a Protector cover ( white rubber or plastic for radio antenna), that was bolted to race car's roof or sold as a one piece (radio antenna) unit?
