My father lives in Port Richey, FL and he stopped at a yard sale. My father and the guy got to talking about racing. This guy showed my old man some pics of him and his cars at Freeport. Black #3 mod, and #999 bomber. He said he raced Freeport, and Islip. My dad said he had quite a few trophy's and wins, but doesn't remember the guy's name.

Sorry Walt, While Billy DID register the 999, he never had a car that was 999. His bomber cars were numbered 707 and 666. I was on his crew at his house then. I was too young to get into the pits.
