Rain Date?

Just so I'm aware: Is there a rain date for the Stafford race? You know, just in case the race is postponed. I know there's a bike show Saturday, but other than that, I haven't heard anything and it would be nice to know what it is if there is one to begin with.

The lack of planned rain dates has baffled me since I was as young as you. I guess progress takes time. Wouldn't it really make sense to establish a clear "Rain Date" policy for the tour like they have for other races and sporting events.
