I have just confirmed that this sad and tragic news is true. Joe passed away this morning after suffering a heart attack. I will post details of the arrangements as soon as they become available.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends, as well as the many people he touched in one way or another in our racing "family".

Joe was a great person. My condolences to his family.
When we raced Chargers about 18 years ago, we had been parked next to Lou and Joe when they raced Late Models. We had gotten very close with them and Joe ended up being a great friend to us as well as help with our set-ups. He will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Lou and Joes family during this difficult time...

On another note, I wish you guys would start taking care of yourselves as well as you take care of your race cars....This type of tragedy is happenning way too often lately.

From all of us at Flanders Automotive and OC Racing.
