Here’s the way the system works:
Every driver receives 25 points. The rest of the points are based on the number of cars and where each driver finished. Here’s an example that’s based on 50 cars entered for the race:
Winner gets 50 points (because of 50 cars) + the 25 points, for a total of 75 points
Second place gets 49 points + the 25 points, for a total of 74 points
Third place gets 48 points + the 25 points, for a total of 73 points, etc. etc.
The 50th place driver ends up with 26 points.
Here it is based on 25 cars:
Winner gets 25 points (because of 25 cars) + the 25 points, for a total of 50 points
Second place gets 24 points + the 25 points, for a total of 49 points
Third place gets 23 points + the 25 points, for a total of 48 points, etc. etc.
The 25th place driver ends up with 26 points.
Hopefully that helps…

No prob Tony- I’ll put the little description on the website also.
As far as the points go, Pocono thunder figures them out, but I’ll see if we can get them posted on the Mountain site sometime in the near future.
Thanks guys.
