    Cold Nuts.....

Been there.... done that.... Well, Larry did at the last race while changing Howie's tire.

To prevent this from happening to you, have an extra set of COLD nuts in your pocket, etc. to put on instead of the hot ones that you just took off. Just be sure they are the right size nuts.

I really wasn't thinking that when I wrote it - ok- how about- "Having an extra set of LUG NUTS handy" instead...

Good way to save face there Tracy! ...might make a good "Emerald Nuts" ad!

As for the driver change....I am dealing with this issue via emails now...I will want definitive proof or else, there is no issue to me. Melissa placed 5th place...drove it clean and survived the race, no reason for any penalties to be enforced...."everyone" will be reminded about the rules at the next race...period.

JMO...I think with all the people who helped change the tire and what not who all said she never got out of the car we have the proof we need...she has her alibies! She has witnesses that say she was in the car what more proof does anyone need?

I don't want this to become a he said she said thing, but I think you should just tell people what "proof" you are looking for and to have them email it instead of posting it up on here...this is a little rediculous.

I am going to warn everyone if this becomes a finger pointing he said she said thread I will shut it down. Joe wants this settled through emails because it could have been a misinformed or misinterpreted thing and it should be cleared up ASAP and he will post up the outcome on here.

    Male driver in woman's race?

I saw a male driver dressed in a skirt and a wig right before the woman's race.
Is that allowed? and does anyone have her phone #?
