Tonites races are Rained out

They aren't even "Rained" out, they are "Lazy Promoters" out. It rained at like 7am this morning, and HAS NOT rained all day since then and there is no rain in the area. Heck it was blue sky for most of the day.

What the radar shows and what is hitting the ground are two different things. I'm a 3 minute drive from the track and looking out my window all it's doing is misting, roads and everything else still dry. If they would have kept the show moving they would have been almost done by now.
6pm = Makeup 100 lapper Done by around 6:30/6:45
Right after that run heats for only classes that have more then 20 cars.
If class does not have 20 cars don't waste time on the un-needed heat, go straight to features.
30 minutes after end of makeup run mod heats if needed
More features
30 minutes after mod heats run mod 100 lapper done about 45 minutes later
