I dont know exactly who my "director" is or how to contact any series officials since I am not affiliated with any teams. I just figured since the place eats tires it would make for a better race if the teams had that option.

Seems not. Jason Christley, I noticed, doesn't care as much for the southern tour. I would write him to let him know!!!
I have already written Tim Southers a few times and all the info comes from Christley...

The Myrtle Beach Speedway website states "Over 24 NASCAR Modified drivers are expected...".
And I'm always looking for an excuse to head to the beach.

Yea rite! I'm sure Nascar is calling every team just tryin to get cars to show up. Did the track change in the last few weeks that they had to decide to make it a tire change race? I don't think so...

I think a big problem is a Saturday night purse for a touring division. NASCAR should step up and help tracks with sponsors....like that would happen...

They raced at Greenville pickens speedway for a few years and didn't get to change tires there, Greenville eats the tires also so I,d say they cant change the tires without penalty. Sucks that they dont get more $$$ and tires to change, the racing would be a lot better........jmo.

How about 75 green? Or just a 100 lapper. $2000 to win is the same as when this tour started under Nascar not tryin to ***** but with the tire being more expensive the teams don't need to have to buy two more with only 14 cars in the field this just hurts the teams and just wont add to the show.

I've not seen the entry form, but if you can't change tires that will be the worst race to watch... they'll be going so slow to finish the race it isn't funny. You HAVE to take 2 tires at this track... Greenville is bad, but not Beach bad...

I'm looking at the ocean now.. and I'll be there tomorrow.

Senor Frogs sounds like more fun afterwards though.. YO HARRY
