set up help

I have a 94 t-bird rwd. At svs, as everyone knows, I like to run in the middle of the track. First race out it pushed like hell. With psi changes I have turning great in 1 and 2 but 3 and 4 it still pushes abit. I know the newer pavement has something to do with it, but should it matter that much?
Any ideas to help me out?

Turn the kinifle pin in three quarters of a turn (don't force it if it does not want to turn). Let 5 pounds of air pressure out of the rear bumper. If this does not work you could try tightening the loose nut between the drivers seat and steering wheel.
