I gotsa question with dem der Jersey Rules. Under rule 4 Re-Quier-R-ments, seccetion E, Inside and outerside the car Re-quier-RR-ments. I gots to get me a Say-fa-T hub and/R a re-infenced rim. Can I makes one of these fandangled thingys wit my welder and some chicken wire? I dont's get it? Now if I run 100 laps and has to turn rite 2 times to make a left turn, how long will this take?
