The speedway policy has always been...that you must attend the awards banquet, and/or have purchased a banquet ticket, to receive any awards or point fund money.
So to answer your question...no.

I dont need your 5 dollar trophy anywaywasnt cost effective $47 per ticket my winnings wouldnt have even covered 1 ticket

mike i think that policy sucks i spend a lot of money to race at your track and run for points and you canot come up with a 5 dollar award for my efforts every other track that we race at have an award for you at the end of the year and you donot have to attend the dinner and buy a 47 dollar award some tracks neets also make sure that you get your award . sent it to riverhead wih cindy b now thats a good policy. well with this policy and the state of money looks like i will not be racing much at your track next season why put money that i dont have to come up sort in the long run . avarage cost to race from longisland as around 400.00 dallars a race

It always was that way. Holding a 5.00 trophy hostage to get that extra 47.00 out of the racer might work most of the time but, if you piss off 1 racer, that 5.00 costs you a loss of thousands in the long run.

I raced/supported the track all year a few back and won the points championship in the 4cly thrillers and did not get anything because I work like a slave in the fourth quarter and missed the banquet.
Tis the reason I will never race for points again.
at least im not the only one that feels this way. therefore the classes that you had some cars in you will probably end up losing them over a few bucks.Pretty much because we didnt fill your pockets.it would of been nice to have the 2nd place trophy but larksville trophy can make me one and im not out the $47per ticket. pv18 if you want a trophy these guys can make one for you
