On my Grand Prix, the top of the forward loop was close to my head, so I placed a piece of the SFI padding there. Unfortunately, I was hit head-on at high speed at Wall. It wasn't until I was in the pits that I realized that I had to have come into contact with the bar. Other than a scuff mark on Josh's helmet, the entire episode left me unhurt. I don't believe that any other type of padding would have worked as well. I am a believer in this padding, and will use it as much as my budget permits.

i know that the racing wheel thing isnot set in stone but for the 4cly class i think you should make 1 inch nuts manatory . the trouble with racing wheels is that they stick out side your body that may cause more rollovers than before if you run over a tire you might go over 7 inch 3in offsets really stick out jmo see you next year
