I would go with Scott Sipe. it's an 88 and it sure looks like his car selection, but I didn't know he was racing with NEETS.

Critter is correct on one of his choices. It is indeed Shawn Naftzinger.
I'm sure Scott Sipe was racing in 1990 but more than likely it was in a Late Model.

Nice picture Greenflag! I drove that car at Big Diamond and Penn National in the Roadrunner division. I think it was 1991 and 1992? I wish I had that car yet! Thanks for posting it.
