I just read a 1/2 page article in the Standard Speaker newspaper about Big Diamond, with the track owner now being promoter and it's all new 2011 schedule, new prize money, bigger payouts, bla, bla ,bla, with no mention of an enduro series there.

same here, that website has been down for awhile. It just says "comming soon".
The "big Diamond Fan Page" is even shut down. That usually had a little more enduro info.
