transponders not working

I want to apoligize to everybody that I said that my transponder was working I found out that it wasn't when I got a copy of mylaps from the computer that showed me that I was 17 laps down after veiwing the tape a few times that my wife taped of that race I was only 5 laps down. Maybe the wire in the ground is not picking up our lap times. Does anybody know how to get the entire race lap times for the whole race per car ? (didn't pit no flats no spin outs).
