7 Day Practice Rule Question?

Have they changed the rule where you can not compete at a track with 7 days of a Tour Event? I noticed the Southern Tour is at BG this saturday, and they have a Regular Modified Event on Friday Night.

True, you can not practice 7 days before.
But, NASCAR does not consider actually trying to qualify and run a race at a track 7 days before.
